Due to the influx of orders from our upcoming & ongoing releases, there will be a slight delay in dispatch. Rest assured, all orders will be shipped within a 24-48 hour timeframe after release. Depending on your geographic location, the delivery may take approximately 5-7 business days.

Although we offer shipping to all countries, a few remote locations are excluded from our delivery area. If your country is available during checkout we ship to your country. If you do not see your country please reach out to hello@bigenstoys.com and we can hook you up! We also provide standard international tracked shipping at no additional cost on all orders.

Due to the weight of the product you might be charged remote fee since shipping can be more expensive then the product.

It may be easy to assume balls are relatively cheap to make. However there is nothing further from the truth. As many people around the world would like to purchase our products we have to ensure we can locate stock to be shipped globally against competitive rates. Shipping a product that weighs upwards of multiple KG's or LBS is tough and that is reflected in the price.

We do everything in our power to keep the price and surprises to a minimum. Our products do not require any local customs, you have no surprise when it comes to shipping pricing (unless you're in a super duber remote area which calls for special methods of shipping)

The ball is made of a softer and stretchier material just like the original Bigens ball and is thus also not Anti Burst nor rated for extreme weights or pressures.

They are however extremely heavy duty balls. An average ball of 120-130cm range is typically around 1500 grams while the Bigens Ball comes in at a staggering 2950 grams making it capable of a lot.

However it is safe to mention that the use of the ball in any way is at your own risk and we do not recommend the use of weighted exercises on the ball or putting large amounts of pressure on it by for example multiple people. While that's our advise, you're free to do anything with the ball!

Oh yes! Since we're not a huge business but just a bunch of friends wanting to make this happen we can't release a tonne of products at the same time.

We're looking to add more sizes, colors and other products like Hopper Balls, Peanut Balls and even some adult products very soon.

Bigens a brand originally founded back in the 90's unfortunately went under in the early 00's.

We bought the IP rights for the brand and have bought many different Bigens products in order to recreate the look and feel as much as possible and relaunch the brand!

It doesn't stop there however! We're a community oriented brand looking to expand and improve as much as possible. Based on the feedback received we strive to improve the products in order to meet your wishes!
